Our tragedies....

Well, things were finally looking up for these Petersens. The house was under contract, the debt was down and the savings were enough...until some mail mishaps and now we aren't able to qualify for our house. It's a very sad day for us. Especially when it's not directly our fault. And even more so since we can't do a darn thing about it. So we're looking for a decent place to rent for a while. Good times.
